This Refund Policy describes the refund conditions for payments made to Growthkul ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By utilising our services, you accept the terms outlined below.
01. General Refund Policy
All payments made to Growthkul are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.
Since our service offerings include creative strategy, video production, branding, digital execution, and consulting services, considerable effort is involved in planning and producing your content. Hence, no refunds can be provided after work commences.
02. Advance Payments
Your personal information will be used for:
- Advance payments are mandatory for the commencement of the vast majority of projects.
- Advance payments ensure that your project gets booked in the production schedule and guarantee creative and technical resources.
- Once the project starts, advance payments become non-refundable.
In the event a client decides to cancel before work commencement and within 48 hours of payment, refund eligibility will be determined by the Company's discretion after deducting administration and processing fees.
03. Branding & Design Services
In case of services including:
- Brand Strategy
- Logo Design
- Pitch Deck Design
- Website Design
- Graphic & Creative Work
Refunds will not be issued once:
- Concept development has been initiated
- Design drafts have been exchanged
- Strategic meetings have been held
The intellectual and time-intensive nature of the service means the payment goes towards the efforts and the expertise involved.
04. Video Production Services
For services that include:
- Corporate Films
- Industrial Videos
- Factory Tour Videos
- TV Commercial Production
- Product Demonstration Videos
No refund will be provided once:
- Pre-production has commenced
- The script has been approved
- Shoot dates have been confirmed
- Production bookings made
Should cancellation occur after scheduling but before the shoot date, pre-booked production expenses, personnel costs, and vendor reservations will be charged.
05. Digital Marketing Services
For services including:
- Social Media Marketing
- Performance Marketing
- SEO Services
- Campaign Management
Monthly retainer packages are non-refundable once service delivery commences.
Success depends on various external factors (platform algorithm, behaviour of the target audience). Thus, no refund can be sought in case of expected performance.
06. Website Development Services
No refund will be issued once:
- Wireframes / Design process begins
- Website Development is underway
- Hosting / Domain is secured
In case cancellation occurs midway through service delivery, payment will be made according to the progress already made.
07. Performance-Based Issues
No refunds will be processed for issues of:
Preference changes of the client
- Changes in business plans/directions
- Delays due to client approvals
- Fluctuations in market responses
We welcome constructive feedback and revisions within agreed upon scope of work.
08. Special Cases
Refunds can be considered only when there is:
- Duplication of payments
- Mistakes in billing
- Inability to execute the proposed services
The refund will take 15-30 days to process from the date of the formal written approval.
09. Chargebacks/Disputes
Customers will refrain from filing chargebacks without prior communication with Growthkul.
Chargebacks that have not been authorised will lead to:
- Instant discontinuation of services
- Legally claiming the outstanding dues
- Barring further cooperation
10. Revision of the Policy
Growthkul can revise this policy at any point in time.
