Payment & Milestone Policy

The following Payment and Milestone Policy states the financial framework of all services rendered by Growthkul ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). In accepting the project and making payment, the client agrees to abide by the terms laid out below.

01. General Payment Terms

  • An advance must be paid for all projects.
  • The payment guarantees booking of creative, production, and technical resources.
  • The project cannot start until receiving the corresponding advance.
  • All payments shall be subject to any applicable taxes (GST).
  • A delay in milestone payments may cause a halt or delay in project delivery.

I. Video Production & Films Services

This section applies to:

  • Corporate Films
  • Industrial & Factory Videos
  • TV Commercial Production (TVC)
  • Product Demonstration Videos
  • Brand Films
  • CXO Interviews
  • Promotional and Advertisement Photography and Video Shoots

Payment Structure:

40% – At Project Booking

  • Schedules shoot date and production resources
  • Starts pre-production stage (conception, scripting, planning)
  • Once work commences, no refund will apply

30% – Before Shoot Date

  • Must be paid before production implementation
  • Necessary to hire crew, equipment, studio rental, and vendors

Shooting will not take place without this payment.

30% – Upon Final Delivery (Files Ready)

  • Payment required once editing has been done and final files are ready for delivery
  • The final files (master, raw, optimized) will be released only upon settlement of this payment

Important to Note (Production Projects)

  • Post-production services beyond what was initially agreed upon may require additional payments.
  • Should there be any delay in final payment, file release may be delayed.
  • All additional services which will be done during execution will be charged extra.

II. Branding, Design & Creative Services

This applies to:

  • Brand Identity Design
  • Logo Design
  • Pitch Deck Design
  • Website Design (User Interface/User Experience)
  • Graphic Design
  • Creative Campaign Design

Payment Process:

50% - Advance (Once Project Confirmed)

  • Necessary payment to start researching, conceptualizing and creating initial drafts of designs
  • Non-refundable once the process has begun

50% – Before Final Delivery

  • Payment needed before releasing final design files, editable copies, or live deployment
  • No final files will be provided until payment has been settled

02. Website Development Projects (If Any)

In cases when there will be a website development project requiring coding and deployment:

  • 50% advance before starting development
  • 50% prior to website live deployment or credential release

Note: All hosting, domain registration, and third-party tools should be paid in advance.

03. Late Payment Policy

  • Late payments exceeding 7 days after the date of payment will lead to temporary halt in production.
  • Late payments exceeding 15 days will cause termination of the project at Growthkul’s discretion.
  • Growthkul has the liberty to withhold the deliverables until all the dues are settled.

04. Mode of Payment

Payment can be done via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI
  • Cheque (subject to clearance)
  • Any other authorized payment method

Transaction charges (if applicable), if any, will be borne by the Client.

05. Ownership & File Delivery

  • The transfer of copyright and usage rights happens only once all payments are completed.
  • Until the payment process is complete, all work is owned solely by Growthkul.

06. Special Contracts

  • In cases of large, ongoing, and retainer contracts, payment milestones can be adjusted via mutual written agreement.
