Production Scheduling Policy

This Production Rescheduling Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the rescheduling of video production services provided by Growthkul (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By confirming a production schedule, you agree to the terms below.

01. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all production-based services, including but not limited to:

  • Corporate Films
  • Industrial & Factory Tour Videos
  • TV Commercial Production (TVC)
  • Product Demo Videos
  • Brand Films
  • CXO Interviews
  • Promotional & Advertising Shoots

02. Confirmation of Production Date

A production date is considered confirmed once:

  • Advance payment is received
  • Scope of work is finalised
  • Shoot schedule is mutually agreed upon

Upon confirmation, production resources, including crew, equipment, studio space, and external vendors, are booked specifically for the client.

03. Client-Initiated Rescheduling

If the client requests rescheduling, the following terms apply:

A. Notice Given 7 Days or More Before Shoot

  • Rescheduling is permitted without penalty.
  • New dates are subject to team and equipment availability.
  • Vendor rebooking charges (if any) will be borne by the client.

B. Notice Given 3–6 Days Before Shoot

  • A rescheduling fee of up to 15% of the production cost may apply.
  • Vendor cancellation or adjustment charges will be billed separately.
  • New dates remain subject to availability.

C. Notice Given Within 48 Hours of Shoot

  • A rescheduling fee of up to 25–40% of the total production cost may apply.
  • All non-refundable vendor costs (studio, actors, locations, equipment rentals, travel bookings, etc.) will be charged.
  • If external commitments cannot be modified, the date may be treated as a cancellation.

04. No-Show Policy

If the client fails to:

  • Provide access to the shoot location
  • Make required arrangements
  • Be present for scheduled approvals
  • Provide agreed resources on shoot day

The production day will be treated as completed, and rebooking will require additional charges.

05. Company-Initiated Rescheduling

Growthkul may reschedule a production date in cases of:

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes)
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Crew medical emergencies
  • Equipment malfunction beyond control

In such cases:

  • No rescheduling fee will apply
  • A mutually convenient date will be proposed
  • The company will not be liable for indirect business losses

06. Location & Travel Rescheduling

For outstation or international shoots:

  • Travel, accommodation, and logistics once booked are non-refundable
  • Any rebooking penalties from airlines, hotels, or vendors shall be borne by the client
  • Revised budgets may be issued based on updated logistics costs

07. Script & Pre-Production Changes

Major changes to:

  • Script
  • Concept
  • Location
  • Casting
  • Production scale

within 3 days of shoot may require rescheduling and additional cost approvals.

08. Maximum Rescheduling Limit

Projects may be rescheduled up to two (2) times without cancellation classification. Beyond this, the company reserves the right to:

  • Treat the project as cancelled
  • Revise costing and timelines

09. Validity of Advance Payment

Advance payments remain valid for 60 days from the originally scheduled shoot date. If the shoot is not executed within this period due to client-side delays, revised costing may apply.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By confirming production dates and issuing advance payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Production Rescheduling Policy.
